Edamar Named Small Business Super Hero

Edamar Wins 2nd Place in BatchBlue's Annual Small Business Super Hero Contest

BatchBlue Software, makers of BatchBook small business Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software has named Edamar, Inc. a 2009 Small Business Super Hero.

After learning of the second place award, Ed Basconi, President of Edamar and inventor of the KitBook, said, "We're humbled to be recognized by the cool folks in the BatchBlue League of Justice & Department of Events and Activities for this award. It's truly flattering because what we try to do at Edamar is to make Super Heroes out of teachers and students with our KitBooks. This award really belongs to them (our customers), they're the Super Heroes!"

KitBooks combine the hands-on features of a science kit with the text of a book. Theory and practice are packaged in a single self-contained product. For example, with the Electric Circuits KitBook, students not only read about electric circuits but build actual working electric circuits on the PowerPageTM in the book.
